We welcome your interest in Arrow Park and any quesitons you may have.
We always encourage those interested in Arrow Park to plan a visit and take a tour. However, we do ask your patience. Please keep in mind, we are a small venue. If there is an event on the property, we are busy giving our guests the attention they deserve. And, if we are cleaning up from an event, (honest and simple) the last thing on our minds is sitting down to anser emails or responding to phone messages.
If you are calling, leave a message and the best time to return your call. We normally respond to calls in less than 24-hours – if not available at the moment. We do our best to reply during the same day.
Your calls and emails are important to us. If calling, we want to make sure we are available to talk with you properly – giving you the attention you deserve. For emails, we answer most within 24 hours, but normally the same day we receive them.
We respectfully request that you make a reservation for a tour or visit. If you have plans on "just dropping by" it makes it difficult for us. If we are having an event on the property, or have other previously scheduled responsibilities to attend to, an "expected guest" tends to be an "univited guest." With all due respect, we would rather meet with you in a more comfortable and casual manner.
When visting, the reservations and business office of Arrow Park is located in lower level of the mansion at the end of the driveway (Arrow Park Road). Simply drive through the building’s lower level archway. There are convenient parking spaces available.

Sales Manager
Kelsey Fitzsimons brings her passion for event planning and sales to Arrow Park, where she has proudly served as Sales Manager since May of 2022. In this role, Kelsey has helped hundreds of couples book their dream day on Arrow Park’s fairytale property. Having personally celebrated her own wedding at Arrow Park in 2024, she understands firsthand the magic and charm that make the venue so special.
With 12+ years of experience spanning the food and beverage industry—including roles in serving, bartending, staff supervision, client relations, and event management —Kelsey’s broad expertise ensures every celebration is seamless and memorable. Before joining Arrow Park, she worked as a Program Manager at Thayer Leadership, building long-term client relationships, while also working beside some of the foremost leadership experts from around the world. She also managed hundreds of weddings and corporate events as the Social & Corporate Events Manager at the Historic Thayer Hotel in West Point, NY.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development, cum laude, from SUNY Oswego. In her free time, she enjoys interior design, working out, hiking, cooking, photography, and spending time with her family, dog, and friends. A proud Hudson Valley native, Kelsey moved to NYC with her husband in 2023 but continues to commute to Arrow Park, driven by her deep connection to the property and her excitement to share its unique beauty with other couples, or anyone else looking to plan an unforgettable event on the beautiful grounds!

With over two decades of hospitality experience, our General Manager, Giovani (Gio) Pazmino, brings seasoned leadership and a transformative touch to Arrow Park. His extensive background spans boutique hotels, high-volume wedding venues, and nationally recognized Hotel chains—each chapter marked by exceptional growth, operational excellence, and award-winning service.
From launching multimillion-dollar hotels to mentoring future leaders, his career has been defined by a deep understanding of both strategic business planning and the personal touch that drives unforgettable guest experiences.
At Arrow Park, he leads with precision and passion. Since joining the team, he’s developed a comprehensive strategic roadmap in partnership with the board, revitalized departmental operations, and cultivated a workplace culture rooted in respect, accountability, and hospitality. From overseeing the cottages on-site to ensuring seamless weddings, corporate retreats, and club events, his attention to detail and hands-on approach ensure that every corner of Arrow Park reflects excellence.
